$2,500 · 5 business days · you own it

An AI your team
asks instead of you.

In five days I build you an internal AI trained on your own pricing, SOPs, FAQs, and writing voice — so the questions that interrupt you all day get answered without you. Fixed scope, fixed price, and it’s yours forever when the week is done.

The real problem

You are your team’s search engine.

The same five questions, every week — what’s our rush-order SLA, how do we close a file, draft me that follow-up. Each one is a small interruption; together they eat your day. AI Week takes the answers out of your head and puts them somewhere your whole team can ask.

What it handles, day one

  • Answers questions from your real docs — "what’s our policy on X?"
  • Drafts emails, quotes, and replies in your actual voice
  • Walks new hires through how your business does things
  • Says "I don’t know — want me to flag it?" instead of making things up

How the week runs

Five days, start to owned.

Day 1

Discovery + scope

A 60-minute call where we find the three questions your team interrupts you with most. We pick three use cases — not six — and write down exactly what "done" looks like Friday. You get a one-page recap the same day.

Day 2

Build the brain

I take your docs — pricing, contracts, SOPs, FAQs, and a few writing samples — and turn them into a clean knowledge base with a system prompt tuned to your real voice. Built on a Claude Project, a Custom GPT, or a private hosted chat — whatever fits how you work.

Day 3

Test until it’s right

I run 20+ real questions from your business through it and score every answer. Vague and wrong answers get fixed by tightening the prompt and adding to the knowledge base. I don’t show you anything until it’s answering 9 out of 10 correctly.

Day 4

You test it

You and your team get the URL and put it through its paces. We hop on a 30-minute call, I capture every rough edge in writing, and the fixable ones get fixed the same day.

Day 5

Handoff + ownership

A 30-minute training session (recorded so you can re-watch), then I hand you everything: the URL, the system prompt, your source docs, and a one-pager on adding new docs as your business changes. You own it outright.

Then it just runs.

I watch usage and tune for 30 days. After that it keeps working — no per-seat license, no lock-in.

Honest scope

Small enough to finish. Big enough to matter.

In the $2,500

  • Up to 50 documents loaded into the knowledge base
  • Up to 3 distinct use cases — Q&A, drafting, onboarding, triage, you pick
  • Tone calibration so it writes like you, not like generic AI
  • 30 days of post-delivery prompt tuning and knowledge-base updates
  • One full re-train if your pricing or policies change in those 30 days

A separate engagement

  • · Real-time CRM / database / API integration
  • · Voice, phone, or SMS interfaces
  • · Multi-user logins and role-based access
  • · Custom mobile apps or image/audio/video generation

All real, all doable — just bigger than a five-day sprint. Once AI Week ships, I’ll scope any of these honestly.

Quick FAQ

Questions you’ll ask.

Why fixed-scope and five days?

Because open-ended AI projects never ship. A tight scope — three use cases, your docs, your voice — is small enough to actually finish in a week and big enough to save your team real hours every day. Anything bigger we scope as a separate follow-up.

What do I need to give you?

A shared folder (Google Drive or Dropbox) with the docs your team references most, plus two or three examples of writing that sounds like you. That’s genuinely it — the discovery call surfaces the rest.

Do I own it after?

Yes, completely. You get the system prompt, the source docs, and the working URL. Nothing is locked behind me. If you want to keep evolving it yourself, you can.

What if it’s not a fit?

That’s exactly what the fit call is for. If the discovery call shows your use case is too custom for five days, here’s the policy: full refund any time before the build begins; once your AI is built, it’s yours and the fee is non-refundable. I’d rather tell you straight than take money the sprint can’t earn.

Skip the call or book it first?

If we’ve worked together or you came through a referral, skip-and-pay is fine. If we haven’t met yet, book the 15-minute fit call first — it protects both of us from a bad-fit build.

Give your team an answer.

$2,500, five days, and the questions stop landing on you. Book the fit call and we’ll know by the end of it whether the sprint is right for you.
